Thank you to Karen Langer for the donation of care packages for children who are receiving treatment in Paediatrics at NRGH and for their parents, as well as a gift basket courtesy of Starbucks for the staff! With both her daughter and grandson having had heart surgery when they were young, Karen knows care packages can make a hospital stay during Christmas a little easier. Karen crochets the stockings herself, continuing a lovely family tradition started by her mother.
