Nanaimo hospital tree lighting bigger and brighter this year

Santa Claus made an exclusive appearance at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital ahead of the holidays for an official tree lighting, bringing cheer to patients and community members alike. Taking place on Friday, Nov. 28, hundreds of people came out to celebrate the event, which the Nanaimo and District Hospital Foundation organizes each year to raise funds for its winter campaign.
