Seamstress helps Neonatal Unit at NRGH

By September 12, 2016December 18th, 2017March 8, 2022

Penny Thomson made her way down Island from Courtenay for a special delivery. The seamstress has been busy making delightful flannel undershirts for premature babies staying at the Neonatal Unit at NRGH.

The whimsical design and small patterns make it a welcomed surprize for parents during a trying time. Penny is part of the “25 and 4” Club, which was initiated in the United States and helps dress premature babies who cannot fit regular store-bought clothes.

Thank you Penny, what an amazing gift for our youngest patients!
