Please help as we equip our new Intensive Care Unit and its High Acuity Unit
High Acuity Units, or HAUs, are a fairly new idea. But a good one. A needed one. They’re a step away from intensive care, for patients who still need a great deal of attention, equipment, and care. But patients who can safely be removed from the ICU.
They’re a step down from an ICU. But only a step away if we suddenly need to intervene.
None of us knows when we may need our hospital. Or when we – or a loved one – might find ourselves in intensive care. And if that happens, we all want to know we’ll receive the very best care, with the best facilities and equipment possible. Thanks to your support, we have raised over $5 million for the ICU. Now, we are raising an additional $5 million for the future HAU.
